This is a great advice I got when I started my Internet life 3 years ago. Read and learn, this
will help you out.
You all know how difficult it is to remember all info you get after signing up for different
programs. When you start you just write it down in a notebook. Or?
Well, you might as well admit it, most of us do that (big smile) just to find out after a short
time that itīs not working very well.
Instead I will show you a great way of getting organized. For free, all it takes is a little of
your time.
First before you do anything, make sure you have a good valid emailaccount to use as
contact email. That is a must, so never forget that! Use the folder options in that
emailaccount to create different folders. That will help you too since you need to save all
confirmation emails filled with all your details.
Now you need to create a folder in a safe place on your pc. And with *safe place* I mean
not in C: Ok, you donīt have different partitions, well no problem, you just need to
remember to do a backup of that folder.(copy to a Floppy) The reason I am telling you to
put it on another partition is to avoid loosing everything if you need to do a Format C:

So, create a folder, call it whatever ( info,tools, myinfo, details), open it up and from now on
all you have to do is to copy all info (login,password,urls) from the email you get after
signing up, and put that on a Notepad, save as xxxxx.txt and put it inside there.
What I do is to let different notpads grow, so letīs say I have one saved as allprograms.txt.
I will go on adding program after program separated with a line of xxxxxx or
whatever.
The info I am saving could look like this:

Since I belong to Mpam I also belong to so many different programs. Saving all info like this
helps me all the time. And itīs not just the info from the different programs I save. No, I
save everything that I might need later on. Like small pieces of html code, since Iīm no expert.
Like all codes to the different Google ads I use.
Codes to the different counters I use.
Codes for signup forms I use on my various pages.
Like info about my leads.
Like my own info with important main url.
Like all different logins to all my emailaccounts.
I think you get the point. This system is very easy to use and to work with. How you want
to use it is up to you, but trust me, it does make our work online so much easier.
And the best part - Itīs FREE!
Another great thing with using Notepad is the little search option you can find under*edit*.
Check it out, click search and you will get a little box to fill in with what
you are looking for.(or click CTRL+F). That really helps when the page is getting filled up
with all saved info.
